We are pleased to inform that Faculty of Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA will be organizing the 12th Malaysian Universities Transport Research Forum Conference (MUTRFC 2017)  in conjunction with 4th Asian-German Knowledge Network (AGKN) on Tour. The objective of the conference is to provide a conducive atmosphere for fruitful interaction among the scientists and engineers from both academia and industry.

 

MUTRFC is a biennial event except for the last five years it was held annually. MUTRFC is a jointly organized event by rotation among universities in Malaysia. This year, the theme “Smart Lifestyle through Innovative Transportation Mobility” expresses a wide range of issues and developments to be discussed in this conference.

 

In the framework of the fourth travelling conference organized by the Asian-German Knowledge Network for Transport and Logistics (AGKN) e. V. on the topic of “Green Freight & Climate-Friendly Traffic Management: Experiences from Germany, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia” the panelists will discuss recent research topics with other researchers from Germany and Asia. This traveling conference will take place from 9 – 13 October 20-17 with the second stop-over event at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia.

The first stop over in the Kingdom of Thailand on the 9th October 2017 at Mae Fah Luang University, while the third stop over in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the 13th of October 2017 at the University of Transport and Communications.

 

The 12th Malaysian Universities Transport Research Forum Conference (MUTRFC 2015) and 4th AGKN on Tour is jointly organized by Faculty of Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) together with Transportation Science Society of Malaysia (TSSM), Asian-German Knowledge Network for Transport and Logistics (AGKN) and Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA.
